02 a.c. (2 years after Conecta 08)

Hello everyone, it´s been 2 years since we all met at The Stamp Student and for me it seems that happened yesterday. I learned so much from every one of you that I feel so happy and so proud to be part of this project. My vission and concept of art (and concept of my own art work) have been influenced by all of you.

Now on day I use a lot somethings I learned from you people: Sasha´s textures, J. Rojo´s color, Allyssa´s human actions, Milad´s human interaction, etc.

I don´t want this to die, this kind of project has a lot to offer. I wish you all are doing well and keep creating great art.

Against the Church but not against God

I would like to talk about against the Church, but in a way that we create concience in the people that goes to the Church. They go to the Church and they enter with permision of the priest, I go to the Church, to the Cathedral, but i can't paint in it, i can't eat in it, i can't slep in it, i can't enter to it at 2am, why? because of the priest. But it's not his house, is God's house, i don't think God gives permision in papers saying: "yes son, you can take pictures to my house, here is your paper" or "son, come to my house only from 9am to 8pm" or "son i can't open the doors of my house to you this day or a this hours..."

It's not the priest's house, it's God house, so it's our house too.

In other had, God didn't give permision to the priest to post Posters on the walls, God didn't give permision to the priest to put a plastic protection to the sculptures, as we can see in this picture...

"Fuego" was a collective show that we (Bernardo, Christian and Carlos Loaiza) made in May 07. All the paintings were made by the of us, i mean all of us painting on the same canvas. Here are parts of some of the paintings we made.

//"Fuego" fue una exposición colectiva que nosotros (Bernardo, Christian y Carlos Loaiza) hicimos en Mayo de 2007. Todas las pinturas fueron hechas entre los tres alimón, es decir, los tres pintamos sobre un mismo lienzo. Aqui les presento fragmentos de algunos cuadros que hicimos.
