The concept for these pieces basically deal with the disconnect that my (American society) has with real social/political events.

Fingers



New wax paintings with my fingers.

Is this figurative? I think so. The distinct finger marks are negative images of the human body. Also the physical mark itself is animal like (does not have the precision of the pencil, brush, et.)

What makes an image figurative?
